I ordered a pair of jeans 5 weeks ago. I received I had to contact them all the time regarding tracking. I received a final tracking notice on the day it was supposed to be delivered August 22nd then nothing after that. How do you go about getting your money back? Shameful!!! So what is done after this ?

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from trycurves and was paid for on July 11th and I have not received any product yet if you can't send my jeans then give me a refund cause they are paid for where is my product I ordered if I don't hear from someone soon you will have to talk to my lawyer I am done the emails I been getting tracking my product says it is in transit but has been there for awhile please get back with me
