I ordered 4 items, one of each of the animals. I'm the comments there is an comment that the music can be turned off. It can't. I neglected to read the return policy (my bad).... Their return policy is, once received, it's yours! No refund. There is no contact phone number, and they don't "reply to emails in 72 hours". Do not buy from them!

I ordered a Stitch for my daughter for Christmas, the total came to $19.99 after shipping and handling but was then charged $24.99. Two weeks later I was charged another $39.99 for nothing. Still haven't received what I ordered and they won't even email me back. There is no way of contacting them other than email. I've submitted several tickets (per what the website requires) and still no contact. If I could leave a review with no stars I would.

Ordered a Stitch and they charged me the same amount in shipping as the toy itself. 10 days later I got a new charge of $39! Apparently they keep charging your account until you notice. Do not buy from this site as it's a scam!!!
