Don't waste your money. Awful customer service. If you like Melted Candy Candy arrived melted with a skimpy gel pack in 90 degree weather. They suggested putting this drippy mess in the refrigerator when I complained and that was their response

BUERS-BEWARE Reese's Peanut Butter Miniatures Cup American Flag × 5 Pounds 12 week subscription Order was received on 06/19/2025 and I was present at delivery. When I brought the box inside I could clearly see it was smashed and opened on the top and corners. I then opened the box to inspect the contents and the candy was melted and warm. There had even been an ice pack that was warm to the touch in the damaged shipping box. I emailed the online retailer several times and complied with all they asked. I submitted my information along with pictures of the damaged items, and shipping container. I spoke with Fernando, he was not helpful and lacked either the knowledge or the customer service skills to help me resolve this matter to my satisfaction. I kindly asked for a replacement or refund, and even agreed to send the items back to them if provided a label- they did not even discuss this with me and told me the pictures I sent were not good enough. I stated I was going to write a review of my experience and let my followers decide. I was then informed that by Fernando that I threatened his business and was intimidating him. There was no use or threat of intimidation. A customer has a right to review their own factual experience on any platform, he/she decides. I was told my case was closed. I asked to have my subscription cancelled and notified my financial institution to not allow any additional charges from this company. I only want what. I ordered in edible condition, or a refund of $17.54. At this stage I do not trust this company and would like the refund if you can be of assistance to help me resolve this matter to a satisfactory resolution. Also, please do not have Fernando contact me anymore or this will be considered harassment. I wish to deal with a BBB specialist to help aid in resolving this matter. I thank you in advance for helping me resolve this terrible experience I had with Fernando and Candy In Bulk BUYERS_BEWARE
