terrible ordered soulmate necklace in a Mahogany box with LED. Came in a black cardboard box , supposed 14k white chain is fake and not even long enough for a child to wear.. no response to the email i sent immediately after opening package

They suck never received my soulmates necklace no number to contact and is very hard to get a response back no refund back or anything lost money on this item do not buy from these people or company ever its a scam.

I just placed an order for my BF. A necklace for him to give his mom he found online. I placed one order for one item with standard shipping for $4.73. I was then charged $14.73 for priority insured shipping which wasn't even offered as an option. They added this VIP thing as well to the first order. I am going to reach out and try to cancel and inform my bank right away about the charges. I am disputing immediately. I then received a notification for a second order for the same exact necklace at a discounted cost and same shipping. An item that should have cost total $14.68 plus tax that is including the shipping is now apparently going to cost me over $43. WTF?!?!? I do not recommend. 10 out of 10 horrible experience.
