Scam! Beware out of China…if you get the seeds not labeled and are most likely invasive or not really seeds.

Ordered some flower seeds from them and had the same outcome as the other patrons. Complete SCAM!!! Be careful, it looks legit when one places an order but not so much after that. Why can't someone shut them down!!!

Ordered the Chirping Bird last minute before Christmas and when I realized in February that the item never came I e-mailed them to cancel the order and refund my money. Their response? Oh, we just sent you a replacement item, which also never came. And now the bank won't refund my money because it is past 60 days. I really hope Karma is on their way to Family Malls to set things right. They are scheming thieves with no conscience. Stay Away.

Ordered Flower seeds that were supposed to come from Ireland in Feb have been sent 2 different tracking links with information that never gets updated. I have filed a dispute with my bank.

Same as the other people the order never arrived and they provided bogus tracking info that said it was. I made a dispute with PayPal and PayPal sided with them saying that it showed delivered but the tracking number is obviously bogus!!

!SCAM!! as others said. I ordered it in January and followed up with the email that I received in March that it was delivered a month ago (in February) They sent me a bogus tracking label. Asked ME to follow up with MY post office.I did and they have NO RECORD. The whole thing is a run around. BEWARE of this company. THEY STEAL. I'm reporting to BBB now.

Ordered the chirping bird as well. Package shows delivered but I never received it. I called USPS using the tracking number they provided. I was advised that a completely different mailing address was put on the label using my name so someone else got the product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE AS THEY ARE A SCAM

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. YOU WILL PAY AND THEY WILL NOT DELIVER. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

After waiting 2 months for a cat toy they reported it as being delivered. I have driveway alarms in front of my mailbox and also going up to front door and I am also retired and always home plus live on a very wide culdesac which our home is at end of street with no close neighbors. Order was not delivered but they are insisting it was. Scammers

Horrible customer service. I ordered a gift for my son’s cat for Christmas and I’m still waiting on it to arrive. I asked to cancel the order and was told to be patient and wait for it to arrive - it is now mid February. Do NOT order anything from them.They take your money, don’t sent the product and refuse to refund your money.

I, too ordered the chirping bird. Overcharged my PayPal and I've never received it. Tracking shows it moving from Norway and then stops in Alabama. I also got the "we are on vacation reply" SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered chirping bird on 12/29/24. Fees were added to double cost. Have yet to receive anything. 6 weeks??? Product in Kansas from Ireland?? Will not order again. Not happy. Will file complaint. Be careful!! SCAM?

Nasty scam outfit. I ordered a cat toy in December. They overcharged my account and the item was not received. I contacted their customer service and was told "we are on vacation. Don't contact us again." My bank is processing a charge back. Crooks.

I ordered a chirping bird on 12/21/24. Still waiting for it to arrive. They had no problem taking my money!

They added incremental fees w/o my approval when presented to PayPal for payment, order has not arrived in one month's time, do not answer phone or respond to emails. My recommendation is to stay completely away and do not risk your money.
