I just submitted a review on this company a few minutes ago I just got an update the previous review said it my product was in Poland at customs, this new update is my product has just shipped in transit from China. Definitely will not buy from this company again they seem very sketchy, at least they answer emails for the most part

I'll give them two stars for their communication however if I knew my order was coming from Poland I probably would not ordered because I thought they were United States product being shipped. It's been 10 days since I've ordered the product was in Poland and it's still in the customs 10. Definitely will be the last time I buy from this company if I even received my order

I order 2 ROC nec roll , afterover a month I received 3 boxes with another product with a foreign name and expired 2 months ago. The charg was supposed to be $42 and I was charged $52 something on my amex via Paypal. I realized because I haven't used that card in years so this was the only charge showing. I filed a dispute with Amex and now ith PAypal. I will report to BBB

I saw an add on Facebook for ROC correction stick, 16.99 for one 12.49 for two Southwardst.com. I ordered two & was charged 50.23 for two & the products I received was OSEOSE in look a like ROC bottle. Site also said USA company but email to respond to them was Chinese symbols. I reported to PayPal & BBB scam alert.

0 stars placed order for crossbody bag. Shipping date was within a week. Didn't arrive for over 30 days. Then it was not the bag I ordered it was 3 bras. Emailed customer service and after their multiple requests for pictures of items and shipping bar codes which I sent they finally offered me $3. Run
