Absolutely rubbish and taking advantage with fake and bait advertising - I’ve emailed and demanded refund - as I will be definitely challenging this a they can have it back and I want my money back ordered Horelli’s Lighted Norfolk Pine with Berries & Cones advertised as coming assembled in white rounded planters. What I received was 12 very fake looking plastic boughs, individually wrapped in plastic & 2 small rectangular plastic containers in which to put 2 strings of tiny lights. So extremely disappointing & not at all what I was expecting. Buyer BEWARE.

I wish I read reviews before wasting my money - definitely not what is advertised - paid a lot of money for rubbish ordered Horelli’s Lighted Norfolk Pine with Berries & Cones advertised as coming assembled in white rounded planters. What I received was 12 very fake looking plastic boughs, individually wrapped in plastic & 2 small rectangular plastic containers in which to put 2 strings of tiny lights. So extremely disappointing & not at all what I was expecting. Buyer BEWARE.

I ordered the same item as the person previously reviewed. it is very sad compared to the actual picture in the advertisement. I did not even get any containers to put the plastic ferns into. I have emailed them for a refund and will let you know what happens!
