I made a purchase on 2/7/2025, finally received on 3/7/2025. Although it says made and shipped from the USA, mine came from China. During this time I sent email, several times, to customer support as listed on website. NEVER once received a reply. Also per the website I asked for an address to make a return as of today (4/17) no reply. This company is a JOKE....

I cannot recommend the be pe venom treatment cream or bring rom this company. My order was shipped from Hong Kong, not the USA, and it took forever to arrive even though I paid for the faster delivery. Finally, I ordered two jars. The first one I opened had close to half of the jar filled. The second jar had considerably less than the first. I feel they owe me one full jar.

I made a purchase from Slyvora for $35.66 but $10.70 extra was charged that I was not informed about. I’ve never received my order although the tracking said it was delivered. I have sent numerous emails with no response. DO NOT buy from this company it is a total scam!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from this site! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Ordered Feb 8, 2025. It’s now Feb 24, 2025 and no product. No answer from Slyvora. Will try going through channels to get something done, but not looking good. Lesson learned. Stated items were from Colorado and backed by business in the States. IT’S NOT! China!! Stay away!!

Horrible seller. Ordered Feb 4th and have yet to receive my order. Says it shipped but there is no info. Emailed numerous times threatened reporting to BBB, tried calling and just got busy signal. Last but not least, they billed me $10 more on my card than what the order confirmation said!!! What a SCAM!! Do not order from this seller!!!
