I place an order and it hasn't shipped. Emails go unanswered as does the chat feature. The order should have shipped and arrived within 13 days per their website. I did not get a tracking number nor have they responded to the email or chat about shipping. I would not order from them and searched and found no reviews so I am leaving one to forewarn people.
