Great experience with Go Bulk Medical! I purchase many of my supplies for my urgent care centers from Go Bulk Medical and have never had an issue. Their service is one of a kind, and their prices on many items are up to 40% cheaper than those of other vendors I work with. There was a time we ran out of syringes, and none of my vendors had any in stock. I reached out to my rep at Go Bulk, and they sent over a pallet of syringes 3 days later itwas at our facility. Definitely give them a try. I can't recommend them enough!

Go Bulk Medical is not trustworthy. I dealt with a fellow named Steve who misled me and gave me the runaround. I purchased a box of 440 masks from them this week. Beforehand, I emailed Steve questions. One question concerned the use-by date. Steve led me to believe the masks would be no older than three years from the date of manufacture. That means the use-by date on the box should have been at least two years from now. The use-by date on the box they sent was 02/2026, nine months away. Another question was whether or not the box had been opened before and if it had been returned by another customer. Steve assured me the masks would not be from a return, and that the box would arrive unopened. It was partially open on arrival. The tape was intact, but it was no longer adhering to both sides of the seam. The gap was large enough for me to stick my hand in and pull out masks. There was no way for me to verify that I was getting all 440 masks I paid for without fully opening the box and counting them. If it was from a return, a previous customer could have stolen masks from the box or could have replaced newer masks with expired ones before sending it back. I emailed Steve and asked for a return authorization and shipping label. He failed to provide these after thirteen email exchanges, including putting me through the trouble of sending him pictures of the opened box, twice. I refused to pay return shipping and a restocking fee, and Steve is still refusing to email a return shipping label. So, I disputed the charge of $345.02, and gave him one week to comply. After that, his masks go in the trash. AmEx has already refunded my account and closed the dispute case. I’m guessing this isn’t the first time a Go Bulk Medical customer filed a dispute because of how quickly AmEx resolved my issue. Finally, the credit card information I gave to Go Bulk Medical has already been used to fraudulently attempt another purchase from a different company. AmEx alerted me about this fraudulent attempt to use my credit card information this morning and is sending a new card. I’m guessing, because of the speed of AmEx’s preemptive actions, Go Bulk Medical is not a legitimate business, and AmEx is on to them.
