Fixshade.com Suspicious Shop

fixshade is a scam! I ordered and have never received my order even though they show it has been delivered and of course they stated that they have no way to actually track it. I never received it and have contacted them and asked for a refund and of course they are only willing to refund 60% and I've yet to receive that. The website is deceptive, I thought I was ordering from Burlington here in the USA, however this is from China! Lesson learned! If it sound to good to be true it is! DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered from Fixshade in April 2025. They charged my account and I have never received my order. I have emailed them several times and they do respond with, "we will resend the order, and you should receive it i 7,-10 business days. My last communication with tem was today, letting them know I have not received my order. And refund my money I also let them know that I would be reporting them as Fraud and a SCAM! Do Not Order from this company.

Do not order, they say they delivered but I was home all day and no delivery after they asked for me to wait almost 2 weeks longer. When I did the chat they said it would cost $1.00 to talk to a tech and it looked like it was trying to charge me $56.00 to join some service. They said the clothes were like they were coming from Lane Bryant. I am asking for my money back to see if they do a refund.

I made a purchase from Fixshade from a page that I thought was Burlington Coat Factory. After tracking my order with Fixshade’s Tracker for 30 days, my package was supposedly delivered to my address with a different zip code. I contacted their customer service and received a reply telling me to look around and ask neighbors. No package. I checked reviews and found this to be a standard practice. After a second shipment I was told would ship faster, I did more research and became upset that it seemed I was being stalled until I ran out of time to contact my bank. I then requested Fixshade refund my payment and I received it via a direct deposit a few days later.

Fixshade provides excellent and timely customer service and communication. They responded to my emails with very professional and helpful information. I haven’t received an order so I can’t comment on packaging, delivery, quality, or anything to do with their products. I don’t even know if a package was ever shipped to me due to their choice of shipping method and the fact that you must use their link to track your order. I order from other China-based companies including Temu and AliExpress and have never had an issue. Fixshade may not be as legitimate as other companies but I did receive a refund when I requested it. I am curious to know if anyone has ever received an order from Fixshade.

I made an order on 4/9/2025, which I never received. Kept sending email to customer service [email protected], their answer was to wait longer. The link to trace the package showed it was delivered on 5/10/25. I send them email again, they said the package was stolen or lost. I asked for reimbursement and never heard from them. Scammers, cheaters. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

It will be a month since I submitted an order thru fix shade thinking that it was Burlington.😡😡😡😡😡😡

This website is a scam!!!! Do not purchase from them. When I placed an order it was called fixshade.com and now it's called Burlington. I placed an order on 3/24/2025 and it said my package was delivered on /4/24/2025. I never received the package.

Is fixshade a scam website cause I haven't receive my order from them yet and it been two weeks ago and can you help me with this please and I thank you so much 🙏🏽❤️
