I ordered clothes from Velhook on July 11, 2025, and never received them. Their fake tracking site, One Time Track, kept saying delivered, but nothing ever arrived. I contacted them in August, and they promised a replacement—but by September 25, the same thing happened again. Real retailers like Amazon, Etsy, and Temu deliver within days with legitimate tracking, but Velhook just scams people. After checking reviews, I saw countless others with the same issue.

Velhook.com is a scam company. I ordered 4 items from them. They have a fake tracking site, that said delivered after a month of waiting. I contacted them. They said they would resend it. Again, sketchy tracking site said delivered. It was not. So I asked them for a refund. They said they could give me a 70% refund. I said fine, only because I was getting tired of the run around. The refund didn't happen either. They have no phone number, so you can't call anyone. It is a total scam! Don't order from there!!

I placed an order with Velhook back in June and still have not gotten my order, they said it was delivered, and it never came. I also placed another order with them and it's saying it's on its way, but I have a feeling that I'm not going to get that order either. I think they're a scam and they just took my money and never sent me what I ordered so I'm not very happy with them and I think it's very sad that people have to do this to people.
