Read all of the reviews, they are ALL true. You are not buying from a business in North Carolina. It all comes from China and takes forever to receive and is no where near cute item you ordered. The item was awful and 4 inches shorter than description and cheaply made.

This company is a scam, everything ships from China and unfortunately I got caught up in it. The boots I ordered were a joke and you can't get a refund so I am waiting for a sweater on a slow boat from China. Do not order from this company ever!!!

I would give them no stars. I ordered a cotton dress advertised as made in the USA. A cheap polyester arrived made in China. I am five emails in trying to get a refund. They stall and try to get me to give this one away and they will send one made of cotton or give me a 10% return and I can keep the dress. Anything but honoring their 30 day money-back guarantee. At this stage, I think they will just try to keep getting me to send them emails until the 30 days is expired and they will no longer be held to the return. I am ready to turn them into the state AG. Do not buy from this company.

I bought a dress from this company because they said they were located in North Carolina. However, the dress was shipped from China. It did not look like the picture. The material was very flimsy and cheap and had no style to it. I tried working with the company to return it. They ask for things like pictures of the tag, etc. which I responded to each request. In the end, they said, it would be too expensive for me to mail it back, which suggest it had to go back to China. they then offered me a 10% refund on address and I could keep it. I negated each suggestion. The final email from them was that they were a small company and they could not work with me dress back for a full refund. I wish these companies would disappear from Facebook or at least be reported as not who they say they are.

I ordered a dress off their website but when I received it, it looked nothing like the picture, was cheaply made and very thin as well as had a hole in it. Contacted immediately for a full refund and prepaid return slip but 20 some emails later I'm still getting the run around. They advertise as being a small family owned business in North Carolina with a picture of the two owners - they are actually out of Hong Kong. Their policy states "refund within 30 days" and "return costs of damaged items are not the responsibility of the customer"...both of these policies they are not upholding. They have offered to send another item but I need to cover the s&h, they have offered 10% money back, 25% money back and a $ voucher to be used but not a full refund. DO NOT buy from them.

Very disappointed in my purchase. I bought a dress advertised as lightweight, breathable cotton. The dress I received was made of some shiny polyester type material, also made in China. The shade of blue was also different than shown in the ad. After reading other reviews here, I'm not optimistic about my chances of getting a refund. I should have been suspicious when I realized there's no place to leave customer reviews on their site.

They don’t deserve one star. I bought a pair of shoes. They were too small. They requested that you send them an email for any returns at which point they will decide if they will make the return. The email that they have on their website to use for returns doesn’t even work. It doesn’t even exist so definitely a scam company. The shoes are very cheaply made, flimsy. They say they are made in North Carolina but they are made in China.

I bought a pair of boots from them and the item I received was not only from China (they advertise themselves as a U.S. based company) but it was definitely not the item I ordered. They refused to issue me a refund, despite having a “30 Day Money Back” policy. They kept offering me a discount on a future purchase. Definitely a Scam Company - do not order from them.

My credit card was refused on this site and sent me an automated call asking if I was the one purchasing. Apparently, Mastercard is on to them for fraud. I went to the site for them listed online and found that the domain had been registered only 2 months prior. Looks like this site has copied a successful business and is scamming people into believing its the real site. BEWARE

I bought a dress through the website. It is not from the US. The website says North Carolina. I tried to return it. After several emails with customer service, they offered me a 25% refund. If I wanted to return it for full refund, I had to send to China. Buyer beware. Do not buy from them. Did not fit well at all, cheap polyester.

Saw a cute Dress from this company and saw it was from North Carolina. False advertisment as it was made in China and is cheaply made material and it fits like a sack as it just hangs!!! Will try to get my money back but do not order from this company, Looks good but junk from china!!
