I would leave no stars if I could. They deceive purchasers on their website saying 30-day money back guarantee. Then when I tried to return told only 10 days available to exchange and then they do not respond to tell you how to do the exchange. Reported to FCC fraud.

Horrible, dishonest site. It's NOT located in Malibu, it's in CHINA! First they say you can return an item and get full refund, then the next day they say, "Oops, we consulted our boss, theres's no returns, but we'll give you 26% back..." Totally bogus site. Most everything on their page is false Don't buy from them

I ordered 3 items from Mary's Boutique which I thought was in Malibu, CA. Poor quality dress and blouses and not at all what I expected so I requested info to return them. They gave me an address in China! I thought about sending it anyway but USPS said $60.00 plus customs documentation, etc. I decided to just donate them. Hard lesson learned. I'll be more careful in the future. What a scam! They should be reported or stopped or something!

Ordered two dresses. Very disappointed. I hate the material and one is too small in the bust line although according to size chart it should have been fine. Also saw on Amazon for less money. I’ve learned m lesson.

I was hoping I would find a spot to leave my review of Marys Boutique. I found the site by looking around on the web. The light looked legit and the clothes all looked so pretty. Almost very item was on sale and I ordered a beautiful maxi dress "on sale" for $69. I thought to myself this must be a beautiful dress. It arrived yesterday after a long trip from China.. I was never so disappointed.First of all, the material was thin and very shiny. The workmanship was even worse. some of the seams don't match up.The picture shows a very full skirt gathered at the waist. There was very little material in the skirt and the gathering was uneven and sparse. Bottom line....I was scammed big time. The package state that if you need to return item, to call this number first. I was so mad that I threw the dress in the trash. I learned a good lesson not to order from a website that you know nothing about. If I had read these reviews, I would have saved myself $69. Please read these reviews. It will help you avoid the mistake I made.

BEWARE! There is no "Mary" in Malibu.A screen for liars and crooks somewhere in China. When I received some "linen" pants made of cheesy scratchy polyester fabric I made inquiries as to a return. Two employees with super weird names set up all kinds of barriers. Ultimately they try to force you to return their crappy item to China at your cost. Then you are rewarded 20% of your original cost! I knew I was not dealing with any "Mary" so I just wanted to be rid of them and didn't play the "return"game. I would not have purchased if I had known it was not the American boutique they lied about being.My fault for not noticing there were reviews and their setup is slick enough that you believe they are in Malibu-until you don't. Rotten evil people! This review is forcing me to leave a star-this scam deserves minus zero stars! Any good reviews are lies and were written by "Mary" and the team. Noted also that they are not members of the Better Business Bureau which is of course American.

Just received a top that I ordered in XL. Couldn't get it on past my chest (which isn't large). The "linen" was see through and cheap, cheap, cheap stuff. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. What a scam.

Mary’s boutique definitely has a scam going on. Allegedly in Malibu, but the product comes from Illinois however, in order to get a refund, you have to pay to ship it to China. The reason I wanted to return the item it was a horrible quality. Definitely have a Scam going on. Do not order from this site!

Do not order from this website. The items that I received are of very poor quality and the sizing is not correct. There is no manufacturing label or care instructions.. The website show a 90 day money back guarantee. What a joke. It is not true. They want to give you a 20% back on your purchase price and you have to pay to send them to China. They need to be shut down. It us a scam. I am out of a lot of money.

Took a month took receive items. Didn't even try them on - absolute trash. Have tried multiple times to contact them for info on how to return. No response. Of course they charged my account the day I ordered items. No one should charge you for an item until it actually ships. I'm not giving up. They need to be put out of business. They are all over facebook. BEWARD

I wish i had read these reviews BEFORE buying from this site. Absolutely terrible. Tried to return and found out i had to ship to CHINA on my dime. I threatened to write a poor review and they "gave" me a 30% refund. Completely ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble. fabric is cheap anyway.

This company is one of the worst. I thought I was checking reviews before making my purchase, but even that was a scam. Near as I can tell this company is located in the Netherlands and all garments are made in China. I am trying to return 2 dresses I bought (not as pictured) the shipping back to China are $45.00 and the package has been sitting in China customs for over a week. Am guessing it won't get returned to the vendor in China so I will be out the cost of the garments + shipping. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

This is a TERRIBLE site. Advertised cotton and fabric is worse than polyester. Doesn't match photos. Bad return policies. I've taken issue to my credit card. DON'T BUY!

Scam!!! The dress i order was mot the quality of image on ad! It was a cheap copy and bad fit! They advertise “simple returns”, not so! The order return address was in commerce ca but when i asked for label or address they referred me to the policy for returns- returns go back to China!! The cost was same as the dress- $65!! A20% discount offered but I don’t want the damn dress. Will contact my CC company for help. Upon checking them out, this is a fraudulent company. Buyer beware!! I will Comment on every post on facebook that I see!!

I agree with the above reviews. I ordered a dress, which arrived smaller than the medium, tight in some places and over flowing in others. The return says "simply return" but this is no simple matter. I was told about the 20% discount also, but that is not what I want to do, and to exchange it has to be mailed to China, when the dress was shipped to me from Ventura, CA!! I contacted a US service for fraud who said to dispute via my credit card while the process continues. I am truly sick and tired of these services, and will ONLY order through Amazon or US companies that make life easier to purchase and exhange or return as needed.

I have the same issue. I purchased 2 garments, which arrived and bith were poor quality and sizing way off. For 2 weeks I have tried to contract via email and website with NO RESPONSE. SCAM! calling my credit card to report fraud and NOT TO PAY!

I ordered a dress on their website from Facebook. It said Mary’s Boutique Malibu, me thinking California. The dress is not only two sizes too small but wasn’t the dress I ordered. When I contacted them about a return and refund they blocked my emails, several. I was able to contact them through the website and just today after exposing their fraudulent business practices they are offering a full refund. We will see if that happens. They said nothing about returning the wrong dress. Odd…
