It is the worst supplier in China in my experience compared the other Chinese suppliers before dispatch. Please confirm the material and documents; otherwise, you are face issues. The supplier taken money for 2 items, but they supplied one item and deposited the full payment. After that raised the hand, so, please carefull and don,t raise any orders

Urgent Complaint – Fraudulent Activity by Domain www.elmeconic.com (Demand for Refund Before Legal Action) I am filing a formal complaint regarding the domain www.elmeconic.com, operated under the name ELMECONIC CO., LIMITED (Business Registration No: 78341197-000-06-25-A, Hong Kong; Commencement Date: 20/06/2025). On 08th September 2025, I made a payment of USD $1320.00 to this entity for the purchase of the following parts: MFG: Phoenix Part Number: 1929517 Date Code: 2024 Condition: Original and new Proforma Invoice No.: EL-CQ-20250908IR2 The payment was made via HSBC Bank from our Hong Kong business partner (Serente Electronics HK Limited). Despite repeated follow-ups, ELMECONIC CO., LIMITED has failed to deliver the goods 4-5 Days (or) refund the payment. This constitutes a clear breach of contract and fraudulent use of their website/domain for scamming customers. I hereby demand that they refund the full amount of USD $1320.00 immediately to the original paying account: Beneficiary Name: Serente Electronics HK Limited Beneficiary Bank: Hong Kong SAR Bank: Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC Bank) Branch: 1 Queen's Road Central, Central and Western District Central Account Number: 040382897838 SWIFT-BIC: HSBCHKHHHKH If this refund is not received within 1 day of this notice, I will have no option but to file a case with the Hong Kong Small Claims Tribunal, and pursue all legal remedies available. Additional costs and interest will also be claimed. This fraudulent activity is being reported to Aliyun as the registrar/hosting service provider of the above domain, and I request that you take immediate action against this domain to prevent further fraud against other businesses. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the action that will be taken.
