I have nothing good to say about this company. They make promises about easy returns, yeah right..to China. As someone else said they are a Nightmare to deal with. No label, no size tag has been cut off??? I will report them to the RCMP fraud department. I really wish I could give them no stars, because I would.

An example of what you get when you deal with Edmonton Elegance, : Sherihan, I am absolutley flabbergasted. I misunderstoon the 50% voucher. What I now understand you are saying is, I can get 50% off an item or I can get $14 back on a $93.42 charge. The items purchased were not as described, not sized as decribed. Again, I bought based on your sizing guide 2 medium tops. 1 is way small and the other way big. Please explaing, " Easy returns" as stated on your website.

Can I give it no stars. They advertise easy returns, I ordered 3 items. 1 was fine. The other 2, as stated above, sizing is way off, no tags and very poor quality. They suggest they are shipping from Edmonton but if you return you must ship to China. They are neither easy, fair or obliging in the returns. Do not deal with them.

This company is a nightmare to deal with. Merchandise dice is cheap and nothing like the description given. They refuse to take anything back. Do NOT order from here, total scam!!!!!

This company is a total scam: the merchandise I received was nothing like the picture that I ordered from. Then they refuse to take it back unless you return it to China

If I could give this company a zero or -5 review, I would. They are a complete scam claiming they have been in Edmonton for 20 years and presenting themselves as Canadian owned. They are based in the UK, their products come from China and are low quality cheaply made goods that they charge high prices for. Their presentation of products on their websites are deceptive and do not represent the actual product. On their Facebook pages, they have erased a number of comments that are likely negative. They also have other websites like Elegance-Toronto Boutique Elegance (Montreal) where they are claiming the exact same story. It is terrible how they are deceiving customers.
