MAJOR SCAM!!!!! I don’t online shop at all. And discovered multiple charges on my account dating back to Nov. 2024 , after being charged $29.99 on 2/6/25. I couldn’t find any info at first about them. BUT I KNOW NOW!! I contacted Pay Pal for dispute. And they denied it claiming I was the one being fraudulent! Crazy thing is the email came at 3:45 am just hours after I reported it. And the CSR from Pay Pal didn’t report all 4 just 2. Something doesn’t add up. Has anyone else had issues with this company or JIL-JAK through PayPal and been refused a refund??? I am curious to know how many people are being refused protection and reimbursement , Yet they are STILL PROCESSING FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS.
