I ordered a top loading washing machine on 19th July & paid by credit card. The item was advertised by Google & appeared genuine. I received no confirmation initially but contacted the company on both email & online form. I received no reply for a few days but then managed to get onto a live chat & I received an invoice whilst still online to the person.. Subsequently I have received another email reply saying my item has been delayed at customs. I don't believe this to be genuine now but can't claim back via my credit card until 30 days since purchase. My virus protection is now picking up the site as potentially fraudulent & blocking access. That didn't happen at the point when I ordered
