Really, it was a terrible day; my order is fake and fraudulent; this site should be blocked.

Scam! I placed an order, was charged and never received it. Every time I inquired I was charged again and given a different order/ tracking number. It comes up on my bank statement as a recurring charge!

Scamers scammers do not buy anything… Scamers scammers do not buy anything from this website. product will never arrived.

It totally a scam they will just steal your money and you will get nothing but frustration, so be cautious and stay away,

I paid for a product 12 days ago but till now no response. Also an unauthorized Payment occurred days ago for subscription that I did not do. I can not get the money back or even the first order. I do not how to get the money.

With any order you end in a permanet delivery somehow hidden when you place an order. Any reclamation will not answered. Delivery information rearding a placed order ended in intensiv contact to the transporter (FEDEX) with the resukt, that the tracking information was wrong and had to be corrected to another transporter (TNT). Any mail ragarding deliveries - all within 24 hours - cancellatin of my payment account were not answered. Return of the Product is on the recipients cost evev´n they explaind it different in their FAQ (Wie veranlasse ich eine Rücksendung?) Quote: "Um eine Rücksendung zu veranlassen, kontaktieren Sie einfach unseren Kundenservice oder besuchen Sie die Retourenseite auf unserer Website. Wir stellen Ihnen ein vorausbezahltes Versandetikett zur Verfügung, mit dem Sie den Artikel kostenlos an uns zurücksenden können. Sobald wir den Artikel erhalten haben, bearbeiten wir Ihre Rückerstattung oder Ihren Umtausch innerhalb von 7 Werktagen." This site is a total scam.!!! I've ordered a recliner chair from this website after watching the ads showing incredibly cheaper price and fast delivery. After I order that for 34.90 dollars, I received an email with order confirmation and tracking number. I have heard several related scams news so I was curious to know more about this website. While I was checking I order once again in the website, luckily I noticed that it has mentioned as subscription plan. I was puzzled at first seeing that. I sent one mail to veloraform support team mentioning that what I did was a one time purchase for that furniture and not a recurring payment as installments. As I expected, so far I didn't receive any response from them and I cancelled my subscription and revoke my visa card details to avoid further deductions. I felt really scammed and sad, but I'm consoling myself that I lost money only once, instead of multiple times as these cheaters had planned. 😔

Site is a scam, you are lured by prices and fast delivery, product never arrives. When you order online from unknown company, always make sure they propose COD

I am not satisfied with Velora as I have booked the order they charges me twice and gave me wrong tracking # and still I dont know about my shipment,

Be very careful with Veloraform products. First of all, they charge you extra amounts for the so-called fast delivery, but it is just a scam. They have a weekly/monthly billing scheme for the same product and if you're not careful and check a so-called subscription... they take your money multiple times from your account. They charged my money twice and I didn't get any cabinet! What is even sadder is that they send you tracking numbers (for monitoring) that belong to a different addressee. You wait, you create an account on FedEx, track the products and after a while you see that it was delivered to another recipient. You start a correspondence with FedEx, after a while you have proof of the theft, they provide you with the history, the supplier, the product, and the beneficiary in a report and advise you to contact the supplier. And that’s where it all ends, no one answers you anymore, you are exhausted and disappointed. This was my experience with Veloraform. 😊
