Vallunu.com Suspicious Shop

Further to my previous: They have the bare-faced cheek to send an email asking for the review of the item and my thoughts re their service!! This reply then bounces, so more ghosting on their part. I’ve given 1 star because I can’t give none.

Scam. Ordered and paid for an item on 11 June. “Tracker” says it was despatched on 14 June. First email a month later was answered with “sorry, we are a small business doing our best” “surge of orders” yada yada. No answers to emails since then, but “tracker” still shows the same info. Go nowhere near them.

I ordered goods from Vallunu on the 1st of July 2025 & have not received my goods or heard any communication from them at all even after multiple emails to them requesting an update or answers. Total purchase amount Spent was $81. They are definitely a spam.

Ordered product 6+ weeks ago and never received. Every response from customer service is to say “another two weeks” due to low inventory and shipping delays. No response to my last email and there is no way to cancel/request refund. I will be reporting to my credit card company

Vallunu, Its a scam, ordered from Vallunu but had not been dispatched even though said it had, contacted Vallunu store and they said there are too many orders, and Vallunu are having trouble fulfilling them, but to date Vallunu are still taking ordered. Asked for a refund Vallunu said they will but bit skeptical. Will do a charge back if its not in my bank in a few days. I have since also noticed Vallunu are using images in their "5 star" reviews from other websites who sell the items. Another signal Vallunu is a scam. Be careful.

Ordered an item nearly a month ago, it was at a great price so I am willing to wait, but it still has not been dispatched even though website said usual dispatch is 3-5 days, I have been in touch with customer service who apologised and ensured that order will be processed "very soon" but failed to provide even an estimate whether it will be days or weeks for it to be shipped. I will wait one more week and then I hope it's either shipped or I will cancel my order for a refund. The shop may have stock or warehousing issues (if it even operates any of that?) It seems like all items sold on that website have "only 7 pcs left in stock" which is unlikely - possibly not even connected to the stock count database. The reviews have photos in them for all items, and appear to be either fake or taken from other websites, and they are all overwhelmingly positive, (I've seen some negative reviews, where people questioned if it is a scam etc, disappear after a few days), which is another red flag. Please prove me wrong, Vallunu, I'll be happy to amend this review.
