took 3 months to get my naval hat, was supposed to be embroidered but its not, its labeled on, and they sent it in a flat package, got to me bent all to hell, I took a picture and they said an iron would fix it, I tried it and it melted the lettering off, and now they wont give me my money back, or even replace the item

Placed my order for two -02- 250th anniversary U.S. Navy ballcaps mid-June. Received update indicating items shipped, check carrier, last entry indicated "left international airport 7/12" but nothing since. When attempted to visit tracking to see status, turnsus website is either down or been removed. Paid extra for "priority" shipping plus insurance. No information found on how to file an insurance claim for apparently lost product. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Buyer beware. It took an entire month to receive my order. The Marine cowboy hat was cheaply made, and was completely smashed as it was stuffed in a bag and put in the mailbox. Waste of money, pretty much going in the garbage.
