I ordered a jumper from what I thought was a genuine shopping site. When it arrived it was nothing like what I had ordered. A cheap copy made in a sweat shop n China. Offered 10% refund and return at my expense. At a cost of over £20 I was not going to throw more money away. Since then I have had no response. Surely something can be done about this The return address is Wang Maoqin, Lane1177,Jianlan Road,Meixu Street,Yinzhou District in the city of Ningbo postal code 315100

I ordered early December 2 jackets in their fake closing down sale - both jackets were bad. They took over 3 weeks and the tracking was from China. One was nothing like what was ordered, the other was a cheap nasty replica. Both absolute rubbish - I emailed to return and was told they’d refund 10% and I could keep them. I refused stating I wanted full refund as items were fake - I was then informed to return it would cost over £60 and that cost was my responsibility plus any customs charges - as returns were to China - absolute scammers. Now they just don’t reply anymore
