This site is a scam. I ordered three bottles of Flow Revive. The product did not work. I have been trying to get the "gauranteed refund for two months and have received zero response. Their listed phone number is always busy. Do not deal with this company.

I ordered 3 bottles of flowrevive and ended up with the three bottles plus 6 bottles and an additional charge of $148.00 on my credit card. by the time I received the order it was to late to dispute the order. I tried to contact rootedvitalsMD by phone but always got a busy signal, sent numerus emails without any response. The product does absolutely nothing for my prostate. I guess I'm just out the $300.00 plus dollars and hopfully a lesson well learned.

Update: Have sent 28 requests, over 14 weeks asking how to return the product. Still no return address - just promises. It's now well past their "90 Day no hassle money back guarantee."

I too was scammed by Rooted Vitals MD and have disputed bogus and inflated charges ( unauthorized ) on my credit card. If you want to return anything , they send you to Europe or China plus shipping charges OR they offer you various discounts starting at 20% going to 50% after you place complaints . This is a scam and report it to your credit card company and then FREEZE all or any future charges that this company may try to make. SCAM ALERT.

Ordered 3 bottles on Jan2, 2026 and they added 6 more bottles to my order . After getting the e-mail that I had 9 bottles coming for $321 , I cancelled within minutes on a return e-mail . They responded by saying order already processed and to return them I need to send back to Europe and pay for shipping. Or they would give me a 20% discount on my full order . Only got a bill on my credit card and they will not reply or respond again. I will dispute the entire order on my credit card. I should have looked at reviews on your site first before ordering from this bogus company . SCAM ALERT .

This company is a fraud/scam: 1. Many fake shopping websites list 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801 as their business address. It is a mailbox and corporate registration hub. 2. Deceptive ordering. New lower prices are offered when ordering, then any changes become an additional order, rather than the expected replacement. 3. Email sent to cancel order within 15 minutes of receiving the order confirmation. 4. Four days later I was sent a tracking number from a firm in China. 5. After 10+ requests for return information, their best response is: “While our standard return policy still requires the item to be shipped back to our European Fulfillment Centre (and the customer covers the international shipping costs), we are prepared to make a significant one-time exception just for you. We are happy to offer you an instant refund of 50% of the price you paid.” 6. If they have to market the product this way - what crap are they actually selling? 7. Was the original package from China actually fentanyl, then repackaged to send crap back 2000 miles to me?

Totally bogus operation. Visa cards can no longer be used to purchase from these people so instead of Rootedvitalsmd.com they immediately bill thru something called "Greyhaven Ventures.com" in order to get paid. Visa(Fidelity) will accept this billing so they get away with the scam. But they dont tell you about this little move. Look at other "scam" awareness sites and you will see they are very aware of how bad Rootedvitalsmd.com is. You should do a more thorough job??????

I purchased there product, 6 bottles of FlowRevive , when checking out they sent a email with the info . They added 3 more bottles at $147.00 . Within 15 minutes I emailed them about the mistake. The next day I emailed them again 3-4 times , still no response. The charges are still pending on My c/c so I can’t dispute the transaction . I phoned them 2 times leaving My info , still no response. They when they fill My order I will get a tracking number, nothing yet .
