DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM PULL & BEAR. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING. LEFT MY 81-YEAR-OLD MUM IN TEARS. PART OF THE ORDER DELIVERED BUT MAIN PAIR OF JEANS STILL IN WAREHOUSE SINCE LAST WEEK. WHEN I WHATS APPED TATIANA, SHE DID NOT OFFER HELP OR A REFUND FOR MY MUM. NO XMAS PRESENT UNDER THE TREE AND NO REFUND. I HAVE EMAILED YOU ENDLESSLY. PULL AND BEAR, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
