Pinntech.co.uk Website Review

ABSOLUTE SCAM, LIAR/S. DO NOT BUY from pinntech.co.uk. Apparently founded in 1990, launched in 2019 and established in 2025. Company was just registered in May 2025 by a Gulalai Tahiri and on Mollie’s platform (their payment provider) my payment was received by G TECHNOLOGY LTD. No telephone number to speak to anyone about your missing order or missing refund but there was this number on Mollie’s site 07544 418812. Lures you in with cheap prices and fake stock levels, takes your money and doesn’t deliver your order. No response to first 2 emails regarding not receiving my order, took a 3rd legally threatening email to get a response. Claimed technical issue on payment provider’s side ‘Mollie’ reason why they couldn’t fulfil my order. Promised refund in 3-5 working days, 8 working days later still no refund. Blaming Mollie again, claiming that they are currently preventing them from issuing refunds while they complete a technical review of their systems. And that they’ve requested multiple times that they release the refund to me. Checked on Mollie’s website and this is not the case at all, the webshop has full control of refunds. Promised a resolution in 48-72 hours on 26/11/2025 and it is now 09/12/2025 and nothing. If you’re lucky enough to get a response don’t hold your hopes up, it’s all lies and false promises. I’m reporting pinntech.co.uk to trading standards and lodged a complaint with Mollie of their conduct.
