I was scammed. I placed an order in August, and two months later, I still haven't received my shoes. After noticing the AI responses to my inquiries and complaints, to evidence the scam, I contacted the company and copied the Better Business Bureau on nearly 10 emails exchanged with them. Today, I discovered the website is no longer active. I have contacted my bank to request a full refund. Frankly, I believe website hosting providers like GoDaddy should be held partly responsible for hosting these sites. Their main concern seems to be collecting money, not ensuring customer safety or preventing scams. I believe a class-action lawsuit against hosting companies could help promote more responsible business practices that protect online shoppers.

I saw a pair of shoes I liked on Pinterest and ordered them. Then I saw a different pair and ordered those. I used my PayPal account. I also took screenshots as I ordered. A few days later I got a notification that on pair was delivered. NOT SO! So I sent a message back that I had not received the my order. And I waited. Several weeks later I received one order, but it was not shoes. It was 1 set of queen size sheets! With their identifiers and a different order number on them. If I could read Chinese maybe I could tell you more. I sent several messages along with pictures always getting a response from the same person (that person being an AI). That person (?) would ask for duplicate information that I had already answered or submitted pictures. I suspect as a stall tactic to get you to give up. They inform you they want to help resolve the issue and to go through PayPal to resolve would take much longer. I was informed that my order issue was sent to their fulfillment department to investigate. I waited. I sent messages. I waited. Their final response was that (my two separate orders) was shown as delivered (one set of queen size sheets that I did not order with their product information on it along with another order number on it! So there might be another customer waiting for their sheets!!!). With all the back and forth communication with pictures of my orders of their sheets I filed a claim against them through my PayPal account. After PP investigation PayPal refunded all my money for both orders of shoes and I still have a set of sheets to donate to a worthy cause. Research all review sources on this company, Orthopedics Dakota aka as; Modern Fashion Limited. It will be an eye opener! Side note: Apparently PayPal denied another person’s claim. I believe I won my claim due to all my screenshots I had taken all along the process and submitted to PayPal.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! It's been a month since I ordered a pair of boots and they have not shipped anything at all! As others stated below, there's no tracking number, if you enter your order no. in the tracking tool it says no order found. There's no phone number or physical address anywhere in their site so definitely a scam.

I saw an advertisement for a pair of boots on Pinterest & ordered through orthopedics dakota.com, on November 5, 2024 and still have not received my product. They took out the money of my account however on November 7 the only way to get in touch with them is through their email which they have been responsive, but just keep telling me they are having their team look into it. This is absolutely ridiculous. There is no way to speak to a live person and I am extremely frustrated. Guess I have been scammed. Do not use this company!!!
