I purchased two sets of four of the RC construction toys that they offered through Facebook. I have contacted them countless times in regards to my order that was placed on November 12. My tracking seems to be stuck in the same place since the order was placed under their traction bar Indicator. If this is such a legitimate company, they have a piss poor way of communicating with People by not answering anything that is sent. . Before placing a purchase with this company, you may want to rethink and buy it somewhere else that you have some sort of recourse to getting your money back.

I ordered a set costing about $250 for my son back in may and have yet to recieve them. No updates on the tracking since June that says it is in LA stuck in customs. Attempted to contact the company multiple times with no response.

I ordered 2 sets. When I received them I was shocked to see the tiny size of them. I was even more shocked to know that I only received one set and I was even more shocked to find that after multiple attempts to reach them through email and phone calls they have not responded.

I placed an order, but realized the size of the product was too small for our grandson. I have attempted to cancel the order within 2 hours. I have sent multiple emails, tried to call the phone number listed on the website and received no response. I also created a dispute with my credit card company. No response has been received by the credit card company in 2 weeks.
