I ordered from this company in March I never received my packages I received all types of tracking information and at one point it said that my packages were sitting here in Las Vegas where I live. I've never ever received them I started to write to them right away letting them know I wanted a refund. Because I never received my packages.. I received two refunds in April they still owe me money. All I get is a cut and paste response stating how the refund process works. They tried to blame my bank. They tell me that they are processing so many refunds that they are behind. How in the world did they process two separate refunds when they took my money all at one time. In this case they were representing supposedly Lane Bryant. I am so frustrated and so over this yet all I get is a cut and paste response. Has anyone else gotten anything back from them or any response? Thank you

Beware of Modeslug!!! They are a scammer business. They supposed to ship products from China but the products never arrived! I purchased several items which I never received. I monitor my pending packages very closely. Modeslug have products with prices to cheap to be true. They keep your money and claim the package must have been stolen. They want to entangle your personal information so they can debit your card again. Don't trust these fraudulent people sitting in a warehouse in China, scamming people!
