What is pictured is not what arrives

Phony Chinese Spotify site. Saw a beautiful blouse on pinterest. Ordered it and received a semblance of a blouse. It was of such poor quality material and inferior workmanship I could envision a child sewing two pieces of polyester material together in a sweat shop and shipping it to the states. There wasn't even on brand label or material label with cleaning instructions just a single "M" size tag. Their website claimed "easy 30 day return". They are definitely not out of New York as implied in their name and Lucas & Grace are not a cute retiring couple. As for the "easy return" to China. The cost for shipping a 0.3 oz. package back to China was over $80, twice the cost of the blouse. Beware of websites with 2 names belonging to a retiring couple looking to sell off their goods. Next I'll contact my credit card company to do a chargeback

Another "me too." S**** product received. Thought I was so knowledgeable :-( Send email to their "customer support" # -- which was "undeliverable". An expensive $64.95 lesson.

I should have known better!!! SMH this is a scam, they sent me the dress and it is a VERY low quality. Their website says "30 day easy return" I emailed them and they said would charge me 22 dollars and allow me to do an exchange. The dress does not even have a tag! and does not fit. It's not even just cheap but a joke. It's definitely a scam. Shame on pinterest for allowing that.

I'm glad to have read the other comments, because now I know I am not the only being scammed. They have my $69.95 and I don't have the dress. Been fighting with them for weeks.

I wish I could give NEGATGIVE stars. DO NOT ORDER from this website. This company is shipping out of CHINA but using a store front/NY. I placed an order on Friday, May 16th and I did not get any confirmation of order until a week later on May 23rd. The Tracking is YunExpress (CHINA) Also this company is not paying state sales tax (NC) from where I placed the order. Do your homework before ordering from these suspicious websites. It is a FRAUD.

Terrible to get in touch with after an order is placed. I bought a dress for $94 and after the order was placed I continued to shop and they offered the same dress for $39.95. Trying to get a refund.

no stars! After ordering I got an email saying I did not complete my order and linked me back to the site. The link did not actually lead back to the cart, but to more shopping with coupons. It became obvious that they were phishing for me to re BUY the order, saying that the order was still in my cart. But there was nothing in my cart. I became suspicious and looked up reviews for them, I found several sites that gave this Lucas and Grace a low score and warnings. I received several more emails saying that my purchase was on the way and a tracking number that led to a dead link. 10 days later and the tracking number leads to, a "still being processed" page even though I have received more emails saying the package was out for delivery, and of course no package has arrived.
