I've ordered from LMCHING a few times and always received authentic, sealed products. Shipping can take a bit, but overall they've been reliable and I trust them

LMChing is a dodgy company based in Hong Kong selling old and fake products from China. Their positive reviews are paid reviews and negative reviews are genuine reviews. I checked the batch codes of their products from 3 different sites and found: 1. Cle DE Peau SPF 50 (I Paid £58.50): As per its Batch Code it is 2 years 8 months and 6 days old product. (Production Date: 17 October 2022). 2. DeCorte Liposome Advance Repair Eye Serum (I paid £33.30): As per its Batch Code it is 2 years 22 days old product. (Production Date: 1 June 2023). 3. La Prairie Cellular Swiss UV Protection Veil SPF50 (I paid £108): Fake procuct. As I used this product earlier, the texture and look of the cream seemed different to me. I specially went to two big stores Harrods and Harvey Nichols to find out the genuineness of the product. I found that the texture, look and fragrance of their cream and even the box were different than the creams at both stores in the UK and both stores creams had exactly same texture, look and fragrance. I sent them so many emails, previously they were replying to my emails and insisted me to take credit and buy another products from them but I told them it is their fault, I should get my refund. They stopped answering to my emails and also stopped answering my phone calls. Before ordering the products they were answering the calls straight away. I specially told them please send me new products they told me all their products are new unless someone buy from their Outlet section of old products with heavy discount. I never ordered my products from their outlet section still they sent me very old products. LMChing is not a honest company otherwise they could have issue me a refund straight away as it was their fault. It is not mistake it is cheating and robbery of someone's money.
