I ordered 2 childrens' books in mid September and have not received them, despite a 15 day prep time. I have emailed them several times and the response is just that the books are IN PRODUCTION. I am reading reviews by many people saying that they never received their books and had to work with their banks to have the money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
