Good day, if i could give a score of 0 Stars then i would do it! I have been scammed out of roughly $1000 already through their processes and brokers in South -Africa and now they want me to pay another $725 to release my "so-called" profits. How it started was: I saw a whatsapp status of a "Broker" called Jaco. He advertised the following: Invest R1000/$50 and i will trade for you, take 10% of the profits generated and pay you R10,000/$566. Ask me how? So I contacted him. He told me that I must register with Greenwealthpro and deposit $50 into the trading account, then i will trade for you he said and i will receive your profits after 2 days. He then contacted me and said i must check my balance on the trading platform. To my surprise there was a balance of $4250. The broker then said i must withdraw the funds. After i started the withdrawal process, i received a notification from Greenwealthpro via email saying i must pay a OCC fee to convert my profits from $ USD to my currency in South-Africa ZAR and the fee is R4550/$257 I did not have the fees at that time, as the broker did not explain to me that there would a conversion fee. I could not pay the fees straight away and 3 weeks went by before i could pay the OCC fee. Then when i paid the OCC fee i was slapped with another fee called a Delay Fee. Then after the Delay Fee there was a Signal Fee. When i asked the broker when i will receive my profits, the broker said immediately as there was no more fees, which obviously was a lie, because straight after that i received another notification of another fee. This time it was the 10% Brokerage Fee that needed to needed to be paid upfront before i could receive my profits . My balance was R75542.00 / $4282. so the 10% was R7754.00 / $428. On the notification they promised there would be no more fees, but straight after i paid the Brokers fee of 10% value of my withdrawal amount, i was notified AGAIN that now before i can receive my profits i must fund my trading account again, before my withdrawal process can be completed. This time they said i must fund my account with R12800.00 / $725 to receive my profits. I did not pay that and i am not going to. The Broker received their 10% as he company said i must pay the broker first before the profits will be paid out, so i did. Between the Greenwealthpro platform and the broker I have lost close to $1000 and not the broker nor the platform want to reimburse me . wich led me to writing thisbad review on the Greenwealthpro platfor and its brokers. I dont know what i can do to get my money back. If there is any advice you can give, please assist so i can report their practices to regulatory authorities in the United States and South-Africa.
