Zero stars!

Goodwinservice - this name is related to their business model: make good win with scam and fraud - their related site „onitsukatigerdirect.com“ is already not reachable anymore and the shoes that I ordered there have never arrived , just in my home town but then got lost 😉. They said they will refund the money within 10-20 working! days but then I knew it is a fraud. You can get back your money by your credit card company if there is such a service (mine is Mastercard and they refund it)

I have the same experience as the other reviews here. I've ordered a product and received only e-mails saying the package is n the way but no package has ever been received. I would not recommend using this company.

I ordered 4 Stanley mugs. I received a tracking number on 17Track. The package never arrived. Although they did reply to my multiple messages until a point, after which they stopped replying. I had suspicions from the start because I did not receive an order confirmation email, and then everything unfolded like a fake. That is, they replied to the email without a signature, etc. This tracking number brought the product to the village where I live, but where there is no parcel center-))). I did not receive this package. But attention, very important. I received an SMS asking me to enter my delivery details by clicking a link. I entered them, but immediately they asked me to pay 12 lei for the delivery on a Chinese website but with the GLS logo. I understood that it was just a SCAM!

Order running shoes from them everything seemed above board they even gave me a tracking number. By tracking the item it went through customs and it said the delivery day but I'm still waiting. The package has been tracked for 53 days and it's just saying adresse unknown
