This site is definitely a scam. Like others have wrote the order does not show up in the tik Tok shop history, I've emailed the company and they responded by giving me a tracking number, but the order was never delivered. They tell you so sorry, there was a problem with the shipper, we will send you another. I've asked for proof of delivery. I've requested the new tracking number and they have never provided it. I requested a refund to be told they would give me $36 of my money back because I should pay for the shipping. Ummmmm, on an order I never received. It has been nearly 2 months and I have not received the umbrella or a refund from the company. Tell everyone not to order from them.
