Great people scamming everyone just before Christmas, lovely scumbags I ordered on the 12 november got all the excuses and now closed everything down, hope there proud of themselves, this should be a police matter they just straight out stole from me hiding through the internet, so I will never buy online ever again.

SCAMMER... Bought on 29th Oct 2024. Was not contacted for a couple of weeks, so I contacted them by email, had a response by a person named Janice who said my order slipped through the system and apologized, when I tried to reply back to her, i could not make any sort of contact with her at all!! Email shut down. I hope they get caught!!

Ordered on 3 November 2024. Advertised delivery 3 to 5 working days. Tracking did not work. Ezispray full of excuses and apologies. They claim to be a family business, but have no business acumen. On 3 December 2024, I received an email allegedly from AU post, stating that delivery halted due to costs owing. No response from Ezispray regarding this. Their marketing site appears to be legitimate with a lock on the web address. However, since there are so many people who have experienced the same process of excuses, apologies, in transit, no feedback, delivery suspended, no delivery, how is their site still up and running? Fortunately, I took screenshots of all the communication, so I have evidence. After emailing Ezispray about the AU Post notification, this post disappeared off my email. I am awaiting feedback from Ezispray, and wonder what that response will entail. I rate their service as pathetic at this stage. If delivery does materialise, their rating will be poor, as their service delivery is nowhere near what they advertise.

They claim 2-8 days delivery with Australia Post and claim an office/warehouse in Blacktown -- but after some 10 days and a tracking number supplied the courier is YunExpress out of China and they only have "Shipping info received". ie: They don't have it yet to delivery. A very dishonest seller. AVOID.

The company isn't very upfront with the fact that the item is coming from China. Took a month for me to finally get mine and I couldn't be happier. Batteries are poor but you get two. Fully charged i get maybe 30 minutes out of the sprayer. I'm happy
