Such a scam! They hide behind the Costco name! I made a purchase for a toy and bought it because I believed I was purchasing through costco. I ordered the item on Feb.7th for my grandson's birthday on March 12th. In early March I emailed to ask about the item. It was then that I noticed it was the ersapire business. I received a response back saying their deliveries are backed up and it will be shipped out on March 9th, if I want I can cancel. I thought I'd wait and see. So here we are March 27th, my grandson;s birthday has come and gone. I emailed again asking about the item and asking where they were shipping from.I received no response to my question about their location. I was told again how backed up they are and my item is in the waiting to ship line. If I want to cancel I can do that for a refund. I said yes to cancelling and getting my refund, I have since looked up reviews and they are the same stories as mine. The people who cancelled are still waiting for their refunds for months now. From what I could tell this company had been running then shut down then opened up again so it keeps looking like a new company therefore very few reviews.
