Another ripoff story here. I thought I was on the Old Navy site, buying from Old Navy. I don't know how it happened. Never got items but got a tracking number that eventually said delivered. It wasn't. Wrote to them and they wrote a very mixed message email back. Luckily it was under $20, but I bet that's what they depend on, so cheap that people write it off, like me now.
