My experience with cryptovaultsmart I have very confused views. My review is one of anger and confusion because the people you communicate with are very respectful however there is another side to that. They are ruthless unsympathetic and callus when it comes to withdrawing your assets. They are able to block you from your withdrawals going through and extort large fees to fix the freeze 20% of your wallet value NO EXCEPTIONS so my wallet was worth little over 11,000 and I was charged for a ID verification fee. I paid 2440.00 to unfreeze it to withdrawal well I did and they took the freeze off I managed to get 200 as it states withdraw 200. 200. and 5000. then after that anything. Well, the first 200 my mentor helped me went through without a hitch sent it to Coinbase and that was it. the second withdraw not so much they said I did not do it right, so it was flagged as suspicious and assets are frozen again. so, I am to follow the same procedure and pay the 20% of wallet well guess what my wallet is now worth over 14,000 because the id verification fee 2440 in my case goes back into your crypto wallet account. Now this ID verification is done was done out of Coinbase. They don't keep it its yours to withdraw IF YOU CAN GET THROUGH THE WITHDRAWL WITHOUT A HITCH. In order for this to happen your Mentor or whatever they call them must walk you through each one well she is a little busy with other clients so it may take while. They don't tell you any of this because if you try without even if you know without a doubt how it works not matter it will be flagged and frozen. Catch 22 So I don't understand the purpose the verification goes in your wallet anyway and fattens it up for whatever it makes no sense unless they are able to steal your wallet and they very well can. So .I have run full circle with them and what they say they do they do however what they don't say is pretty significant. So, I know I have a wallet address that I deposit crypto in and withdraw from. but what I don't know is where the wallet is from what network do I trade on and where is my wallet from I don't know how to find out so I can try and withdrawal it. i don't know how they freeze it except they have the special code to your wallet.
