I ordered three dresses according to their size chart and they ended up being way too small impossible to even get on. While their site said they had a 30 day return policy when I contacted them they said the items were quote on sale, therefore no refund would be given. The quality of the fabric was incredibly inferior not something you could ever really wear. It was see-through. only two of the three items arrived, but I’m sure the other one will be the same quality something that you would never wear. They were very kind and they were reply offering me a credit but what good is that to buy more trash that is unbearable. This is a scam site. There are plenty of them out there and this is not the first time I bit. They give you that nice guarantee that you can return it but when you try, they never really let you return it. You’re stuck with whatever crap they send you and believe me. It’s not something anyone would ever wear.

Beware that this company is actively trying to make it difficult for you to return or exchange or get a refund for their clothing made in China. If you have a return or exchange, The “policy” is to offer you 75% of what you paid originally towards another item plus shipping costs both ways. I tried to exchange a shirt for a larger size and they would only offer a 75% refund. It was a devious way to get you to pay more for the same item. BTW - THE CLOTHES ARE CHEAP AND AMATEURISHLY MADE. In addition if you bought an item on sale, they will not let you return it. They absolutely will not give a full refund under any circumstances. They are robbing customers in a variety of ways by stating refunds and full value exchanges are against their policy. This company is in Amsterdam and complaints of their unethical/ fraudulent practices can be reported to econsumer.gov who deals with international businesses. Do other potential customers a favor and report them! I certainly am going to.

If you have been unlucky enough to come across this company run as fast in other direction as possible. I had a terrible experience trying to return defective clothes. Their return policy does not allow for cash and they will only give you a small credit for you purchase and NO return shipping! The clothes themselves appear to be made by amatures. Very disappointed when they finally arrived almost a month after purchase. I am not happy and neither will you be if you buy anything from Couture-Emporium!

The company is not legit and the return policy listed on the website is inaccurate. Refuses to accept returns within the 30 day window, offering a 75% store credit. this is ridiculous. these Chinese based companies are horrible. I do not recommend supporting this business. Amazon is the way to go, especially when it comes to returns. The boots I purchased were cheaply made, stiff, lacking any support, clumsy and uncomfortable. Steer clear of this website. DO NOT PATRONIZE!!

Very cheap product, and you can’t return sale items. Most everything is on sale. I got a lightweight, puffer jacket, but it was flimsy! Don’t understand how this scam company can be in business.

Definitely a scam. The product looks NOTHING like the images. You can only return to China. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!
