Placed an order and it'd been nearly 30 days with odd tracking information. I contacted them via email and demanded they refund my funds. They did make a complete refund. Tracking is stuck somewhere. I explained myplan of action if no refund was given also, to which they complied with. I'm on the fence. I don't know that the order was legit to begin with or they simply beleived I would do what I stated I would do, and I would have. I was excited for the items as my son's wedding was partially the reason for the order and now, I have two weeks to find a dress. Has anyone actually received their merchandise?

Ordered 42 dollars of merchandise it says delivered which never occurred. The customer service team advised cant show proof of delivery but that it was signed for. Says will refund but it takes 25 days to process and that may be longer. Have turned i to authorities.
