Berleva.com Website Review

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my order placed through Berleva's website. I purchased a pair of boots advertised as genuine leather for AUD $89.95, expecting a premium-quality product as per the marketing, promotional materials, and photos. What I received, however, was unacceptable.

- The boots were poorly packaged in a thin plastic satchel
- A low-quality product that is cheaply made with substandard material and construction
- It is NOT leather
- Identical or near-identical boots being sold on Temu for around AUD $25
- An unexpected international transaction fee, not disclosed at the point of purchase
- This product was a drop-shipped item from a Chinese warehouse

This experience is far from the premium or ethical shopping experience your brand advertises. I feel misled by the marketing. I believe this constitutes false advertising and deceptive conduct under Australian Consumer Law.

Misleading marketing and poor quality. Failed to honour their refund agreement. Suggest international returns may not be trustorthy, things "may" et lost upon return, therefore they would only offer a 30% refund and I could keep the garment!! The coat I ordered stated it was wool blend. The item I received was a differnt colour, the material was not wool blend. it was cheap and thin, much shorter than the advertised picture of the coat. NEVER BUY FROM BERLEVA SYDNEY. Shoddy prouducts and terrible customer service.

WARNING: DO NOT buy from this brand – Misleading marketing and poor quality I rarely leave negative reviews but I feel obligated to warn others about my recent experience with this perceived quality Facebook fashion brand. I purchased a pair of boots marketed as premium quality for AUD $89.95, only to receive what is essentially a cheap, low-grade product straight from a Chinese warehouse... the kind you'd easily find on Temu for AUD $25 or less. Packaging: Absolutely disgraceful. The boots arrived stuffed in a thin plastic satchel and some bubble wrap. No box, no care. If you’re charging premium prices, at least make the packaging reflect that. Product Quality: The material feels flimsy and the build is poor. They look and feel nothing like the stylish, well-structured boots shown in their ads. This is textbook drop shipping... cheap stock rebranded with fancy marketing. Hidden Costs: I was also charged an international transaction fee which was never disclosed at checkout. Frankly, this brand is misleading consumers and inflating prices for fast-fashion junk. If you're okay with the quality of Temu-style goods, buy directly from there and save yourself the 200% markup. I will never buy from this brand again, and I strongly urge others to avoid being scammed by the glamourous photos and fake lux branding. You deserve better for your money.
