3/11/25-Purchased product Helix Pro - via Order #845167BH 3/18 - reached out to support with product issues which they were not able to resolve. 3/19 - started return process 3/22 - sent prod back via P.O. - sent them PO tracking info 3/25 - tracking shows prod picked up at their local PO 4/16 - requested refund status - they replied with "checking with billing dept" 5/5 - 2nd request for refund status - same reply 5/13 - 3rd request for refund status 5/15 - same reply "checking with billing" 5/21 - 4th request for refund status (no reply) 5/29 - 5th request for refund status - Reply "should be processed in few days" 5/30 - told them if refund not processed by 6/4 - I'll be filing a complaint. Here it is, 7/8 and still no refund. Filed complaint with BBB - they never responded

I ordered a pair of Begin Hearing Aids. I had a difficult time holding them, positioning them and using them. I was also charged an extra $48 upgrade that I didn’t order.The lid didn’t fit with the smallest rubber tips. I planned to return them. There was No Contact number. I emailed them on the advertisement website. Another pair arrived in the mail which I was charged for. I sent another message. Then a third pair arrived which I was also charged for. I went on the site today to find their Users Manual. When I clicked the button for Begin Hearing learn more, it automatically added another order. I realized that the site automatically orders and charges you without you even pressing an “Order” or “continue order” or anything. I went into the “shopping bag/cart and tried to Delete the order but it doesn’t allow you to do so. I looked up the address and it showed an empty house listed by a Reality Company. When I went into the “Contact Us” button it rang and then disconnected me. I do believe that this company is scamming people into buying their product. They
