Total SCAM. Paid for item with credit card. Got a tracking number 3 weeks ago. Finally shows that package was delivered. It was not. I have my porch and property under video surveillance, so I know it was not delivered. They don't reply to emails, and they have no phone number. Their web site says 24/7. The only thing that's 24/7 is them ignoring me.
