I ordered an item from Arsenio’s on September 9. I have had no communication with them. It gave me to click on their app, which I did, and all it did was take me to a store with coupons as an ad advertisement. If I hear nothing from them soon, I will dispute this with my bank. I don’t think I recommend them.

I’m really upset that no one responds to emails. Ppl be careful with this site. They take your money and there are no products. This site is a scam. I ordered the entire collection of Pink Floyd 60th Anniversary Pops. They sent me a USPS tracking number which turned out to be invalid and they sent me a delivery email but there was NO DELIVERY.

Decided to try and order some Funko Pop-like figure. After 11 days from my order, I haven't received an invoice or the tracking number for my order. Got an email from their "support" after I solicited them, saying that my order was in preparation first, and then that they would have shared the tracking number within 7 days (not clear if from the date I placed the order or from their latest response). Most likely a SCAM
