It's been almost 6 months no shoes and no refund

I ordered 6 pair of hey dudes. They took almost 2 months to say delivered. It said delivered on a Sunday. Mail doesn't come on Sunday. No one was on cameras and nothing delivered. I had received the same automated email response to my complaints no matter what i said. Now, when I said I want a refund. No response. There is no way to submit for a refund on the site either. It's all fake. Do not order!!

If I could give the zero Stars I would. I made my order in early December and it showed delivered after 31 days. That was an absolute lie! I contacted customer service and they supposedly sent out a another package with expedited shipping and I took the tracking and it also stated that it was delivered. Which is an absolute lie. I did not receive the shoes I ordered and I am absolutely livid.

100% completely stole my money. Waited almost 2 months for shoes they tried to say was even delivered on my doorstep and wasn't as I was standing right there at my front door when they marked my account delivered. They tried to give me 60% of my money back I told them I wanted a hundred they told me I had to wait 25 days!! It has been a month and a half and I still have not received my shoes or money back. This is totally a scam.
