I've been trying to withdraw my money since January 10th, 2025. I decided to withdraw money, but nothing has been approved or sent. Everything you've read has happened to me; it's their technique for getting the most out of you in any manner possible. I wish I had done my own research before trusting them; I would have run a million miles away instantly. I wrote emails to the help desk, emailed an agent (no answer), and called the help desk but was still assured it was in progress.On January 31, I submitted a another withdrawal request, and they held onto my $270,000 CAD.
