I deposited US$, did one transaction, and have attempted to withdraw funds. My account has been frozen, and "customer service" is completely unresponsive.

Same exactly as Jeff Lowell - I attempted to withdraw some modest funds to Crypto.com, but nothing happened. Nothing was received - Customer service is a joke - totally non responsive!! CUSTERPRO IS A SCAM SITE. Be very wary of them!!
