emamold.com is without a doubt a fraudulent site. On 15 April I saw an advert on youtube and, as it was my daughters birthday, I decided to buy them something from a shop that positions itself as German, working in Germany etc - you can still read on the site all they lie about. I ordered everything in the name of my daughter who is registered at the address - I visited her for a couple of weeks. I paid via the internet payment form. The site said 5-6 days for delivery. When the shipment started to be late, I found out that it was shipped not from Germany, but from China. Attempts to contact so called customer support were fruitless. I kept getting the same automated letters. Today my daughter received the so-called jewellery, which is absolute thrash, and which I cannot return because the company is fraudulent. They did not send me an invoice. No IBAN is visible from my bank Wise. I trusted the site, not just because it looks professional, but because I expect the European security authorities to act expeditiously and shut down such scams more quickly.
