Bought their "Steve Harvey's voice" recommended men's pants promo. Got scammed from their Facebook ad. Their dispute site was no help. Zero stars wasn't an option.

OMG so I ordered tempeh (which is like a fresh product obviously) and when it arrived it was literally MOULDY! I didn't even notice at first because it was mixed with spices, but when I sent them photos to complain they had the audacity to tell me it was "normal"!! Like excuse me?? So I sent them MORE photos showing the inside of this disgusting rotten tempeh, and THEN they're like "oh just send the rotten tempeh back and we'll give you a refund." But here's the thing - they took SO long to reply that I had already thrown it in the trash ages ago because hello, it was literally rotting in my fridge!

No refund, no apologies, nothing. I am NEVER ordering from them again. Honestly such a waste of money and time. First and last order for sure! 🙄

I've encountered a significant issue with their inventory management - they have shelf-stable products incorrectly categorized as refrigerated items, and they flat-out won't ship these to distant countries because of this mislabeling. When I reached out to their customer service department to see if this error could be rectified, it was like talking to a brick wall. The representative just kept parroting the same line about the items being "perishable" without any willingness to listen or investigate further. Now don't get me wrong, their pricing is competitive and they carry a decent selection of products. But mark my words - you better hope you never need to deal with their customer service team, because it's an exercise in futility. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere if there's any chance you might need support down the line.
