I placed an order on Nov 18 and never received it. On the SHOP APP my tracking number says there are no details of my shipping. THEY don't respond to my email.

I placed an order with Flexmelody for clothing on November 10th, order value was £82.00. On 13th received tracking number showing it was leaving China , have been tracking order seeing package alive to uk and being delivered today.

Just arrived, an all l received was a small plastic envelope with a thank you card, so looks like l have been scammed.

I have emailed Flexmelody and awaiting response.

I have ordered from flexmelody because it was part of the Shop App and I used Shop App to make the payment as well. I was under the impression Shop also be like Alibaba where the Vendor get paid only when the customer receives the goods. I don't know if I lost all my money. If anyone can help, thanks
